relentless here to be heard

Relentless are giving a chance for one aspiring DJ and one upcoming band a life changing opportunity to perform at a couple of huge events which the energy drink company have coming up over the next few months.

Relentless have revealed their Here to be Heard competition to give winners a chance to perform on The Relentless Stage at Leeds Festival 2013 or Relentless LIVE.

Relentless acts Professor Green and the Frank Carter fronted Pure Love are amongst the judges and they will decide the winners alongside industry experts. Zane Lowe will act as a mentor , giving his expert advice on how to stand out amongst the crowd in order to wow the judges.

The winning DJ will perform a one hour opening set on the after-dark energy fuelled Relentless Stage at Leeds Festival 2013 on the Saturday night line-up with Zane Lowe whilst the chosen band will play a thirty minute set at Relentless LIVE – an all-star London gig headlined by Professor Green, Zane Lowe and Pure Love.

How To Enter:

– DJs – submit a ten minute mini-mix, including least five tracks with a photograph and DJ bio to dj@relentlessenergy.com

– Bands must submit one original track with accompanying video or live performance footage, plus a photograph and band bio by to band@relenetlessenergy.com

–  Deadlines for entry

  • DJ – 5 August 2013
  • Band – 9 September 2013

– To qualify for this competition entrants must own or control 100% of the master rights and the publishing rights to the songs they perform/submit.  If they are under contract with a label or are performing someone else’s songs then they do not qualify. Full T&C’s can be found here.

Winner from the DJ competition will perform on The Relentless Stage at Leeds Festival on Saturday 24 August 2013 and the winner from Band competition will perform at Relentless LIVE on Saturday 19 October 2013.
